A selective upline for Medicare and health insurance agents
Independent agents deserve more than a contract
Muehl Group puts a responsive back office, an included social media marketing tool, commission reconciliation, and access to Integrity's agent platforms behind your agency, so you can build without going it alone. No employment pitch, no earnings promise — you stay an independent broker.
35+ states appointed, 8+ carriers, $422+ monthly tooling value included — muehlgroup.com/agents
What starts on day one
Three things begin working immediately
The stack is designed to work behind you from the first day you contract, not after a long onboarding process.
Real line items, not a vague value assigned to support
Price it anywhere else
Most agents go without this stack because it does not pencil out until they are already big. You keep your commissions; the stack is how Muehl Group earns the contract.
Three systems, one accountable team
Tools only matter when someone maintains them
Each system below is named, explained, and tied to a verified source; each carries its own inclusion status.
Know what you are owed, and prove it
Statement detail (sanitized)
Carrier statements get parsed line by line into your book of business: every policy, every client, every month. The ledger checks whether every dollar that should show up actually does. When it detects a policy paid in prior months but missing from a current statement, it flags it as a likely carrier miss rather than a lapse.
Small by design
We are not the biggest. That is the offer.
There are FMOs with four thousand agents. You may get a portal login, a webinar, and a rep covering six states. Nobody there is building you anything. Muehl Group is growing deliberately. At this size, you get answered the same day, your feedback changes the software, and the person who built the commission engine is the person who contracts you.

Straight answers
What agents ask before switching
What's the catch on the software?
There isn't a separate bill for it. We're paid by the carriers on the business you write, the same as any agency. The tooling is how we earn that relationship, not a product we sell you. If you stop writing with us, you stop using it.
Do I have to give up my existing book?
No. What's already on the books stays where it is, on whatever contracts it was written under. This is about where you write new business.
Am I locked in?
Never. You're an independent broker; your license, your appointments, your book, contracted with us, not employed by us. If you want a release, you get one, subject to the written agreement. We don't hold agents hostage to keep a number up.
Built around the markets agents write
Local support, broad reach
These are our core recruiting markets. Licensed elsewhere? Ask — the list moves.
A no-pressure first step
Bring your book. Keep your independence.
Tell us what you write, where you are licensed, and what is getting in your way. If we are a fit, we will say so. If we are not, we will tell you that too.
