Everything an independent agent needs.None of the things that slow one down.

Most agencies hand you a contract and a phone number. We hand you a back office, a marketing operation that runs whether or not you feel like posting, and software that tells you exactly what you're owed — then checks the carrier actually paid it.

Not a vague “value of the support.” These are line items with real market prices, and most agents go without them because bought separately they don't pencil out until you're already big.

What you pay us

Contract through us and you get the whole thing as part of your agency block. Not a trial, not a discount, not a bolt-on — included, because we already built and pay for it. You keep your commissions; the stack is how we earn the contract.

What you get

01

The Clip Engine

A marketing engine that actually posts. Record once — it does the rest.

Upload one video. The engine transcribes it, finds the moments worth keeping, cuts them into short clips, writes the captions, and posts them to your social accounts on a schedule. You approve what goes out — you don't edit, write or upload anything.

This is ours. We built it and we run it, which is why it's included rather than resold. No FMO our size hands an agent a content operation. And the people it brings in land somewhere real — you get your own Go High Level sub-account, so the follow-up runs on its own instead of dying in your text messages.

Integrity's full back office

The tools the big shops run on.

IntegrityCONNECT: a real CRM, Quote & eApp for health and life carriers, ten-second quick quotes, the Leads Marketplace with a geographic heat map, automated email and text follow-up, and MedicareCENTER for Medicare quoting and enrollment.

Plus the Senior Marketing Specialists side of it: SMS University, the AEP Disruptions Bootcamp, the MA/PDP toolkit, the Agent Marketing Portfolio, and a back office that answers when you file a ticket. E&O at up to 50% off, an agent website, a business line and email. Free to every contracted agent — and ours is the contract.

03

The Commission Ledger

Commission tracking that reconciles. Know what you are owed — and prove it.

Carrier statements get parsed line by line into your book of business — every policy, every client, every month. You're independent and you're at street level, so every dollar on the statement is yours; the ledger's job is making sure every dollar actually shows up.

It catches what nobody catches by hand: a policy that paid last month and didn't this month. Sometimes that's a lapse. Sometimes the carrier just missed it — and that's money you'd never have known to ask for. Then, when you start writing agents under you, the same ledger tracks their splits, computes what they're owed, and prints their statements. Most agents building an agency are doing that in a spreadsheet.

1 policy paid in May and June, missing in July. Active on both sides of the gap — likely a carrier miss, not a lapse. Worth $21.35/mo.

Write an LOA under you and the same ledger splits it — a rate per agent, per carrier, per state. It computes what they're owed, what you keep, and prints their statement.

We are not the biggest. That's the offer.

There are FMOs with four thousand agents. You will get a portal login, a webinar invitation and a rep who covers six states. Nobody there is building you anything.

We have a dozen agents and we're growing deliberately toward a hundred. At this size you get answered the same day, your feedback changes the software, and the person who built the commission engine is the person who contracts you.

What you're actually wondering

You've heard a pitch before. Here are the three questions we get asked in every first conversation, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone.

What's the catch on the software?
There isn't a separate bill for it. We're paid by the carriers on the business you write, the same as any agency — the tooling is how we earn that, not a product we sell you. If you stop writing with us, you stop using it.
Do I have to give up my existing book?
No. What's already on the books stays where it is, on whatever contracts it was written under. This is about where you write NEW business.
Am I locked in?
Never. You're an independent contractor, and if you want a release you get one — asked for, granted. We don't hold agents hostage to keep a number up. If this isn't working for you we'd rather know early and part on good terms.

Where we write

Appointed in 35+ states. Our core markets, where we recruit most actively:

  • Missouri
  • Florida
  • Texas
  • Illinois
  • Iowa
  • Arizona
  • South Carolina
  • Kansas
  • Kentucky
  • North Carolina

Licensed somewhere else? Ask — the list moves.

Bring your book. Keep your independence.

Tell us what you write, where you're licensed and what's getting in your way. If we're a fit, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll tell you that too — it's a small agency and a bad fit costs us both more than it costs you.

Muehl Group is an independent insurance agency. Agents are independent contractors, not employees. Nothing here is an offer of employment or a representation of earnings — what you make depends on what you write.
